Later she went on to obtain her postgraduate certificate through the Legal Department of ELTE University majoring in legal economy. She commenced her professional career working for KPMG followed by a change to Reuters News Agency where she headed the Risk Management and Customer Support Department. She has been in the human resources sector since year 2000 employed first by TMP Worldwide as a Senior Consultant before setting up her own venture, Horváth Recruitment Ltd.

Co-partner, specializing in the production and FMCG sector. András earned his Bachelor’s Degree in education from the University of Physical Education. Following his mandatory military service he continued his college education as a Fulbright scholar at Syracuse University, New York obtaining his Masters of Science certificate in exercise Physiology (major) and Sport Management Studies (minor). Completing his higher learning education he received a postgraduate diploma from the Hungarian College of Foreign Trade in International Marketing. András has been in the field of human resources services since 1998 starting his career as Research Manager before promoting to the position of consultant, later Senior Consultant at Accord Group Kennedy Balogh then -following the merge- at TMP Worldwide Ltd. He joined Horváth Recruitment Ltd. as co-owner of the company in year 2002.

Research Manager, responsible for handling the Company’s database. Mariann holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the György Bessenyei Teacher Training College as an English and History teacher. She received her diploma in 1999 completed with specialization in European Studies. Later, she completed her studies earning a postgraduate degree from the Hungarian College of Foreign Trade in International Communication, European Union major. Mariann started her professional career as a Researcher before joining Horváth Recruitment Ltd. the beginning of year 2003.

Junior Consultant, Psychologist. Rita holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Nagy Lajos Király Private University of Miskolc. Previously she ran her own company working in event management business, movie and commercial production sector. Rita has been working for Horváth Recruitment Ltd. as Junior Consultant since June 2003. Her tasks include business development, search and selection with the related psychological testing and assessments.

Katalin our Junior Consultant graduated from the College of General Business Studies with a degree in communication in the spring of 2008. To fulfil her internship, she joined Horváth Recruitment Ltd. and went on to receive employment status, following her graduation. Her current tasks include office administration, pre-sales activities and research.
