Cover letter allows the applicant to express his/her career plans and motivation to fill the position applied for. It is recommended that this letter contains information about the past and the most notable achievements along with the listing of those skills and abilities, which the candidate believes may enable him/her to acquire the given job.

Naming the position precisely
Listing outstanding achivements, which are relevant to the job applied for
