It bears a significant importance in the lives of every personal consulting company to start a long-term partnership with a market leading firm in its own right by winning a complex tender bid.
In the beginning of year 2008 one of the leading firms in medical technology, BD Medical Corporation set foot in the Tatabánya Industrial Park with a 100Mio Euro greenfield investment, which ranked this project in volume number 5 that year. The new plant manufacturing pre-fillable syringes will employ some 600 people for which Horváth Recruitment Ltd can render a great deal of help after winning a multi-step tender.
Our scope in this project will be the search and selection of middle level and executive professionals along with specialist positions. We deem it as a great success that due to the continuous cooperation, innovative work approach and high quality service, most members of the corporate management and of the specialist positions have been hired already.
This current assignment will provide us years-long challenge and it is our belief that our participation in the BD medical project and in creating its identity, marker appreciation will be mutually fruitful for both parties.
